Now Open in Torrance! Ramen Ginza Onodera — Premium Ramen Supervised by Michelin-Recognized Sushi Ginza Onodera

The team behind the world-renowned Sushi Ginza Onodera has launched a brand-new ramen concept in Torrance! Now open inside the Tokyo Central PCH food court, Ramen Ginza Onodera brings premium Japanese flavors to casual diners, offering affordable bowls crafted under the expert supervision of the same group behind the Michelin-starred sushi restaurants.

With a global presence across 22 locations in three countries, the Ginza Onodera brand has long championed the mission “From Ginza to the World.” Known for exceptional quality and traditional techniques, the group has received numerous accolades—including multiple Michelin stars—and also operates sushi and kaiten (conveyor belt) sushi restaurants in Hawaii and Texas.

The new ramen shop features a signature soy sauce-based broth, originally developed as a closing dish in the omakase courses at Sushi Ginza Onodera. Rich with umami and made from a premium seafood dashi, this bowl reflects the refinement and depth of the Onodera culinary experience.
